Your Choice Adventure Race — Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Your Choice Adventure Race (the "Event") organized by Natural Selection Adventure Racing, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of risk. Adventure racing involves hiking, mountain biking, paddling and travel through remote, natural terrain. These activities carry inherent risks including falls, collisions, drowning, exposure, wildlife encounters, equipment failure, and serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Personal responsibility. I confirm I am physically fit to participate, will supply my own appropriate equipment and safety gear, and will obey all event rules, local laws, and organizer instructions.
3. Release. I release and hold harmless Natural Selection Adventure Racing, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors and landowners from any and all claims arising from my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Media. I grant permission for photos and footage of me taken during the Event to be used for promotional purposes.
5. Emergency care. I consent to receive emergency medical treatment if required and accept responsibility for any associated costs.

SPCA donation
This is separate from your registration fee — we simply ask every racer to donate directly to their local SPCA, in any amount you choose.
